Mini Assignment: Plan for Define a Space

The 7th-floor skywalk bridge between Hunter West and East gives a sense of oddness of lively and silent. Every time I walk on the bridge with one side leading toward loud and lively West building and the other leading toward calm and silent East building makes me feel that I am stepping on the invisible boundary which is totally separated from either of them. Not only that, 7th-floor skywalk bridge presents me two different views, one to the school area and two to the wide open city. Looking down to see tiny figures rushing to their destinations immediately draws me into the 3rd person view movie.

1. Wide shot looking down to the bridge from afar

2. Wide shot of full bridge scene from one side

3. Medium shot of reflection of buildings on the bridge window

4. A reflection without me on the bridge window

5. A high contrast scene of light and shadow of the bridge

6. A completely out-of-focus shot that only allows light movements of cars on the street

7. Wide shot ground level of people walking across the bridge, just their shoes

8. Overhead detail shot/close-up of backpack leaning on the window

9. Wide shot looking up from the floor

10. Wide shot of the scene from skywalk bridge window
